This is to notify the public at large, that some unscrupulous persons/entities / websites are unauthorizedly using the name, trademark, domain name and logo of the Company with an apparent view to defraud the public. The public in general are advised not to fall prey to such unauthorized activities. Anyone dealing with such unauthorised entities / websites / persons would be doing so at his / her own risk and the Company or its associated/group companies will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by such persons, directly or indirectly.

Notice to General Public

It has been brought to our notice that certain unscrupulous individuals/entities are issuing fake sanction letters, demanding cash for dues against loans taken by them from Hiranandani Financial Service Private Limited (Company) to individuals. Such individuals/entities demand cash or fund transfers to an individual bank account as processing fees for sanctioning loans or settling overdues against the loan with the company.

These individuals/entities are fraudulently and illegally misusing the company’s trademark and/or corporate name and/or trade and/or brand names to lure the general public and are both harming our reputation as well as exploiting the general public. By way of this notice, we intend to caution the general public against such entities.

The general public is advised and cautioned not to rely on or act on any such fraudulent offers or sanctions made in the name of the company without verifying the authenticity of the contents. We request that you deal with the company directly through its existing branch offices only, whose addresses are available on our website, www.hfs.in .

Please note that application fees and/or processing fees must be paid by Account Payee Cheque or Demand Draft payable to “Hiranandani Financial Service Private Limited ” only.
